The washing machine and freezer are housed here as is the utility cupboard, ironing board, iron and cleaning items. Off the lobby there is a separate cloakroom WC and handbasin. Stairs lead to the first floor.

Bed linen, towels and energy costs are included in the price. Please bring your own towels for beach/outdoor use. There is a refundable £150 Good Housekeeping Deposit.
